Our EMEA Sales and Support Department brings together people coming from the different cultures, speaking different languages, but working for the same aim. To pursue our growth, we are recruiting an: Administrator Coorperate Sales Team Primary responsibility of the Sales Administrator is to support internal and external team members in a variety of areas including proposal generation, sourcing current information from the global network of business centres, management of billing/invoicing, license agreements and marketing. They will manage further areas relating to reporting for the team activities and statistics as well as maintenance of the corporate account database. The main objectives are to support the team in providing the above to reach the require success levels. | Qualifications demandées | Duties and Responsibilities, Essential Duties
Gather and maintain pricing / availability for all new enquiries Proposal generation with the required 24 hour period Issuing contracts and service agreements Centralisation of proposal and marketing collateral Centralisation of billing and invoicing Management of renewals process Coordination of ‘touch-point’ plan for regular customer communication Maintenance of all Service Level Agreements Maintenance and accuracy of account database Reporting on customer purchasing trends Capture and address client issues and escalate where necessary Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities SPOKEN COMMUNICATIONS: Able to clearly present information through the spoken word; influence or persuade others through oral presentation in positive or negative circumstances; listen well. ORGANISATION AND PLANNING: Able to organise or schedule tasks, to develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraints and resource availability. DECISION MAKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING: Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgement and a realistic understanding of issues; able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topic COMMITMENT TO TASK: Able to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency; willing to commit to long hours of work and make personal sacrifice in order to reach goals.
