Description du poste proposé Open2Europe is a European Public Relations Agency, specialising in various sectors including high technology, tourism and consumer products. Based in Paris, we cover all European countries for our international clients.

Open2Europe is looking for a native Dutch trainee for preferably a 6 month internship, as of June 2008, with a possibility to further employment.

He or she must be motivated, dynamic, autonomous and a team player with excellent communication and writing skills.

In addition to Dutch as a mother tongue, fluency in English and French is required.

Job Description:
§ Get familiar with press relations activities in a multinational team:
the Dutch trainee will work in the Northern Zone that comprises 7 nationalities
§ Learn about different PR tools
§ Work on media landscape analysis of The Netherlands: investigate the main press groups, PR & clipping agencies, distribution network, tradeshows, industry developments, etc.
§ Develop and update journalist database for The Netherlands
§ Identify key events / speaking opportunities for clients
§ Assist the PR consultants: translating and diffusing press releases, contacting the journalists, tracking coverage, helping with the PR activity reports etc.
§ Other projects will be decided upon depending on the competence of the trainee and the specific needs of Open2Europe.
Qualifications demandées For all internships within Open2Europe, a contract must be signed by Open2Europe, the trainee and his/her University/School/Institute. Please note that this is an indispensable condition.
